Brown County Oral Health Partnership Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in Green Bay, Wisconsin. We are a Medical Assistance (MA) oral health care provider for the under-served and uninsured children in the Green Bay area. Our programs are funded through the State of Wisconsin and federal grants along with the generosity of local organizations and businesses.

School and Health Care Providers can find information about the requirements for children to qualify with our program along with instructions on how to schedule appointments. Forms can be downloaded and filled out prior to appointments. Additionally, we provide patient-care information, including preventative care guidelines and post-operative care instructions.

Patients and their caregivers (parents, grandparents, or legal guardians) can use this website to learn how to schedule appointments, download forms to fill-out prior to appointments, and know where to locate our dental clinics. Patients can also find information on how to prevent oral disease and how to care for their mouths after dental procedures. Kids can also find games and other educational activities to learn about oral health care.
